Our Products
At Escapure, we place great importance on not wasting anything, so we always monitor which products sell more and which sell less. Once we notice that certain product sizes are left over more often, we prefer to remove them from the range because we do not want to risk our high-quality dog food exceeding its expiration date and having to dispose of it.
Basically, we can tell you that our food is divided into complete food (dry and wet food) and supplementary food (treats, chews, and dietary supplements). Our supplementary foods do not replace a complete meal. The same applies to our pure wet food: this alone is not sufficient as a complete diet for your dog. Every four-legged friend is unique and has their own habits and preferences when it comes to food. The amount of food should be adjusted accordingly to your furry friend. Several factors play a role, such as size and weight, age, and activity level of your dog or cat. If you are unsure about the amount of food, you can easily find it using our food explorer. Just observe how your pet reacts to their food, and you will naturally notice what is right!
If possible, we source our raw materials from the region, otherwise we rely on EU-certified suppliers.
Escapure differs from other pet food manufacturers through the highest quality and honesty. All our products are free from grains, additives, and artificial flavors, and are produced in Germany according to food standards. We source our ingredients as much as possible from local suppliers, using only the best quality goods. By adding the remaining nutritious ingredients, a flavor-intensive product is created that strengthens the well-being of your dog and cat. All contents are fully declared on our products, so you can always track what you are feeding your beloved pet.

A rough indication of the nutritional condition of one's own animal can be obtained by comparing the current body weight with that of other breed representatives. However, body weight also varies individually - for example, muscles weigh more than fat tissue, and looking at the scale may indicate a too high body weight, even though the animal in question is only in good physical condition. Therefore, visual assessment is more suitable, especially for short-haired animals. In a side view, a pulled-back belly line should be visible while in a top view, a waist indentation behind the rib cage should be noticeable. The so-called Body Condition Score (short: BCS) provides good indicators for assessment, through which one can estimate the nutritional condition of their own animal using visual examples. The internet provides a variety of these assessment charts. For long-haired animals, purely visual assessment is often more difficult. In this case, a tactile examination can be helpful. The ribs should be easy to feel and not hidden under a layer of fat. Even when placing a hand without pressure, they should be felt. Another indicator here is the spinous processes of the spine such as the bumps of the pelvic bone. It should be noted in this context that the palpability of the spine also strongly depends on its muscle development, and a spine that is easy to feel does not necessarily indicate too low body weight, but can also suggest insufficient development of the long back muscles. Too low weight is evident in short-haired animals with clearly visible ribs, spinal vertebrae, and pelvic bones. In long-haired animals, these bones are clearly protruding. No body fat is visible or palpable. Also, the muscle mass is significantly reduced in this context.
